Refund& Return Policy

At BoldZen Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain items (such as innerwear, accessories, or customized products) are non-returnable for hygiene/special reasons.

2. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
  • We allow size exchanges for the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

4. Damaged / Wrong Products
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

You can request a return/refund by either filling out our Return Request Form on our website or by emailing us at support@boldzenfashion.com

6. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7–10 business days, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your bank/credit card company.

  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@boldzenfashion.com.
