At BoldZen Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Certain items (such as innerwear, accessories, or customized products) are non-returnable for hygiene/special reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We allow size exchanges for the same product (subject to availability).

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
4. Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7–10 business days, first check your bank account.
